 EL PRESIDENTE. The leader of the republic of Punta del Mucosa, a central american country bordering Sierra Gordo. El Presidente allowed a group of Joes to demonstrate the new Thunderclap long range artillery weapon in his country. In reality, the Joes were there to use the Thunderclap to assist a group of Joes on a rescue mission in Sierra Gordo. The gullible president was duped by the Joes, but continued his relationship with the United States, his dislike for Sierra Gordo probably playing a part. El Presidente was later seen with the Joes during an aerial attack on one of Punto del Mucosa's airbases. He was last seen outside of his country buying arms on Cobra Island.
