ERNESTO. An old man who often served as a guide through the jungles of his home, Sierra Gordo. Ernesto was known to assist the revolutionary leader, El Jefe, and was killed when soldiers of the counter-revolution's enemy, General Villavaca, occupied his house during the nation's civil war.
