EUGEN. A neo-Nazi protecting the former Nazi officer, Dr. Otto Totenschadel, when he was living in exile in South America. The G.I. Joe team was sent to make a deal with Totenschadel, asking for his help in stopping a crashed bomber full of poison gas from leaking into the ocean. In return they would protect him from the Israelis who wanted him dead. When the Joes revealed to Eugen and others that Totenschadel had lied and had actually betrayed the crew of another Nazi plane carrying gold and stole the precious metal to fund his secret retirement. Eugen and another guard named Hans killed the Doctor after learning of his betrayal.
