 SERGEANT FOURNIER. A sergeant with the Canadian Mounted Police. Fournier and his colleague, Inspector Cates, worked with members of the G.I. Joe team to investigate the shipment of Cobra Terror-Drome components to Montreal. After a firefight in the city's warehouse district, the men tracked down Cobra's potential buyers to the remote Abitibi territory of Northern Quebec. They discovered the shipments originated in Denver, where the presumed-dead Cobra Commander was readying to return to Cobra.
