 PROFESSOR GAMAL. One of the leaders of the revolutionary Royalists, trying to overthrow the Middle Eastern dictator Colonel Sharif and return the Emir to power. Gamal led a small group of Royalists. With the help of G.I. Joe team members Dusty and Mainframe, Gamal staged a successful ambush of one of Sharif's desert convoys. In return for their help, Gamal provided the Joes with transportation -- a motorcycle -- and a guide -- a young Royalist named Rashid.(GI 58) |
