MITCH GRIFFIN. A tourist from Minneapolis who witnessed a battle at Manhattan's Battery Park Marina between a group of Joes and Cobra Mamba helicopters led by Destro, a short time after the Joe team was officially disbanded by the military. Griffin caught the entire fight on his video camera. The tape was nearly aired by a local news crew before "G.I. Joe" Colton disconnected the video feed in the interests of national security.
