 KLINE, BILLY. The owner of the Watash automobile company, headquartered in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Kline was also a close childhood friend of G.I. Joe team member Clutch. While visiting his hometown, Clutch discovered that Cobra was holding Billy's family captive, forcing him to develop and build a jetpack in his auto plant. With the help of the Joe team, Clutch freed Billy and his family and stopped Cobra's plans.(GI 20) |
