PRIVATE PRITKIN. A member of the Russian Spetsnaz 2nd Brigade -- a group of elite commandos -- who was captured by Afghani rebels along with his commanding officer Lieutenant Gomorov and Sergeant Orlov. They were "rescued" from the Afghanis by Joes Falcon, Psyche-Out and Slip-Stream, who were all posing as soviet troops. Though Pritkin and the others kept it from the Joes, they knew they were Americans in disguise. The Joes sent the Soviets to rescue a captured CIA operative in Iran, so the United States would not be blamed for the rescue. Gomorov decided to let his men complete the mission. In the end, he and the others sent the CIA agent to the Joes, but made their own escape back to Soviet territory.
