RUGRAT. A recent member of the new, organized national Dreadnok group that was founded after Cobra was disbanded in 1995. After the entire Dreadnok organization had begun working for Cobra, Rugrat and other Dreadnoks attacked Roadblock while the Joe was taping his television cooking show in Los Angeles, on orders from Tomax and Xamot.
