 RUSS. A military veteran living in Millville at the time of Cobra's invasion of the small town. Russ resisted the brainwashing of the Brain-wave Scanner and helped Mutt and Spirit rally a local street gang to rebel against Cobra's take-over. Russ and the others discovered that Cobra could turn off the brainwashing to make Millville seem like a normal town to any unwelcome visitors. Hawk and Law arrived to find Mutt, Spirit, Russ and the gang attacking a seemingly normal town. They were all taken into custody. Months later, a Joe invasion of the town cleared their names. Russ' current status is unknown.
