 SMYTHE-BARRET. An officer in Britain's elite Special Air Service (SAS), who often goes by the nickname "Jingles". Smythe-Barrett was partnered with SAS Sergeant Day while helping Flint and Lady Jaye retrieve Terror-Drome plans from Destro's castle in Scotland. When the group discovered that the real Destro had been arrested and replaced by an imposter, they rescued Destro from prison and helped him reclaim his castle in exchange for the Terror-Drome plans. Smythe-Barrett's high-spirited, stereotypically British demeanor was a sharp contrast to the quieter Sergeant Day.
