PEOPLE'S REVOLUTIONARY BRIGADE OF MEXICO. A group of terrorists fighting against "U.S. imperialism and Mexico's corrupt counterrevolutionary puppet government". The group, led by Ignazio, attacked a bus full of American tourists -- including Quick Kick and Outback -- outside of Merida, in Mexico's Yucatan state. Two of the tourists were killed before Quick Kick and Outback fought back with the help of some of the tourists. They were all rescued by Stalker, who had stayed behind at the Joes' hotel.
