WATASH AUTOMOBILE COMPANY. A small automobile manufacturing company headquartered in Asbury Park, New Jersey and owned by Billy Kline, childhood friend of the Joe team member Clutch. While visiting his hometown, Clutch discovered that Cobra was holding Billy's family captive, forcing him to develop and build a jetpack in his auto plant. With the help of the Joe team, Clutch freed Billy and his family and stopped Cobra's plans.
