F.A.N.G. II. A VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) aircraft used by Cobra that was named for Cobra's original small helicopter, though it did not completely replace the older craft. The FANG II uses dual turbo-fan rotors mounted on two rotating wings. It is armed with a 20mm secto-barrel, impulse, long range cannon and can carry up to six AIMZ-33 air-to-air crusher missiles. The new FANG shared the same design flaw as the original, namely it's open cockpit. The Joes first encountered the FANG II in the nation of Sierra Gordo as part of a joint Cobra-Iron Grenadier force fighting the October Guard. A number of FANGs also took part in the Battle of Bezheen.
