GAIJIN. A Japanese communications hijacked by Cobra to control their nano-mites -- microscopic machines that infected both humans and machines.The satellite was taken over when Cobra was briefly under the command of Alexander McCullen, posing as his father Destro. The satellite was eventually accessed by a group of programmers headed up by Mainframe. They eventually hacked into the satellite and used it to deactivate the nano-mites that were injected people and machines all over the United States.
