HYDRO-SLED. A small, two-man water craft designed by Dr. Mindbender and used by Cobra to defend the waters around Cobra Island. Hydro-sleds were primarily used by Cobra Eel divers, and were armed with a rapid-fire 9mm cannon, a "Snag" wire-guided spear gun and two-optically guided "Sunk" torpedoes. The new Hydro-sleds arrived via transport helicopter with Dr. Mindbender as he first-landed on Cobra Island.  The sleds were immediately put into action in battle against a team from G.I. Joe sent to rescue Snake-Eyes from the Island.
