ANIBAL. The leader of a band of Tucaro tribesman from the country of Sierra Gordo. Anibal was obviously educated and English-speaking, in contrast with the other Tucaros. He and his band helped a team of G.I. Joe members and the October Guard escape from a Cobra armored column through the rain forests of Sierra Gordo. Anibal and his team captured a Razorback tank and the Cobra operative Darklon. He hoped to use Darklon as a bargaining tool to help get back the Tucaros' tribal lands. Anibal's current status is unknown.
