DUSTY. The code name used by U.S. Army Corporal Jeffrey Paquette, born in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Dusty was the second desert trooper to use that name as part of G.I. Joe when he worked with the reinstated team. Today, like many Joes, he is a reserve member of the team. Paquette was stationed in Syria during the conflict known as World War III.

One of many Joes listed on World War III member assignment map first seen in AE #28.

Though this Dusty's filecard history is nearly identical to the original Dusty's, he was given a different file name and birthplace, prompting him to be considered a second character in America's Elite.
