MAJOR BARRAGE. The code name used by U.S. Army Major David Vennemeyer, born in Victoria, Texas. The 6'8", 300 pound ex-collegiate wrestler is an intimidating sight to the enemy on the battlefield. Major Barrage is an artillery expert and physical fitness trainer who worked with the reinstated G.I. Joe team. Today, like many Joes, he is a reserve member of the team. He was in Syria during the conflict known as World War III.
