TAURUS. The code name used by mercenary Varujan Ayvazyan, born in Istanbul, Turkey. Taurus was a circus acrobat in Europe, whose act included breaking two-by-fours with his face. He occasionally worked with Interpol and as a mercenary with a group known as "Renegades," working with the G.I. Joe team on occasion. Today, like many Joes, he is a reserve member of the team. Taurus was stationed in Turkey during the conflict known as World War III.
