DESERT WOLF. The code name used by U.S. Army Ranger Lance M. Langdon. Langdon specializes in reconnaissance and desert survival. He worked with the reinstated G.I. Joe team and today, like many Joes, is a reserve member of the team. Desert Wolf served in Syria during the conflict known as World War III.

One of many Joes listed on World War III member assignment map first seen in AE #28.

Desert Wolf was one of the last figures in the G.I. Joe: Sigma 6 toyline, released in 2007, the year the "Sigma 6" title was removed from the toys, but the figures' larger scale remained the same. His file name was revealed in the book G.I. Joe vs. Cobra: The Essential Guide.
