LOCKDOWN. The code name used by U.S. Army soldier Peter J. Handley. Handley was part of several military law enforcement agencies before working with the reinstated G.I. Joe team, and is an expert in SWAT tactics. Today, like many Joes, he is a reserve member of the team. Lockdown was part of the security team protecting the Joes' arctic prison, The Coffin, during the conflict known as World War III.
