ARBCO BROTHERS CIRCUS. The Arbco Brothers Circus housed a contingent of Cobra's Crimson Guardsmen and was operated by the Crimson Guard commanders, Tomax and Xamot. The circus was closed after members of the G.I. Joe team discovered Cobra's involvement after a brief battle between Joe and Cobra forces at the circus while it was located near Staten Island.
