STATIC LINE. The code name used by U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Wallace J. Badducci, born in Chicago, Illinois. Badducci is a demolitions expert, whose specialities also include aircraft maintenance. He worked with the G.I. Joe team before it was shut down in 1994, as a member of Sky Patrol. Today, like many Joes, Static Line is a reserve member of the team. He was stationed onboard the U.S.S. Flagg during the conflict known as World War III.
