ADMIRAL LEDGER. U.S. Navy Admiral Warren D. Ledger is a high ranking officer who has worked with the G.I. Joe team. Ledger was unavailable to assist the Joes in the conflict known as World War III, in which nearly every living member of the team participated. One of many Joes listed on World War III member assignment map first seen in AE #28.
Ledger only appeared in Sunbow's G.I. Joe cartoon series. In that series, he was commander of the U.S.S. Flagg, a role filled by Keel-Haul in the comic book series and toy line. His full name was revealed in the book G.I. Joe vs. Cobra: The Essential Guide.
