designed to resemble humans, created by Cobra to replace world leaders
and public figures. ECHO (Enhanced Copy, Human Original)
robots were far superior to BATs, lacking many of their design flaws.
The
Joes stumbled on to Cobra Commander's operation. Storm Shadow, Scarlett
and Snake-Eyes infiltrated the warehouse in which the ECHOs were built
and destroyed them, but not before defeating a robot duplicate of
